Sisterfields was conceived and developed by Adam Mcasey, Founder of Hospitality Group, 8 degree projects. The food at Sisterfields has been, and always will be, about quality, both in the ingredients used and the traditional cooking techniques. We take pride in sourcing all our fresh produce locally from within Indonesia. The milk used to make our ricotta, buttermilk, and cultured butter comes straight from the lush pastures of Banyuwangi, Java. You’ll also find single-origin honey, cocoa nibs, and vanilla pods in our dishes. Each hand-harvested from beautiful corners of the archipelago.
